These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and AtlasBet ("AtlasBet", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at atlasbet.cam ("Platform", "Website").

By accessing the AtlasBet website, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

AtlasBet operates under an international gaming licence issued by an established offshore regulatory authority. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes for eligible adults aged 21 and above. Players are entirely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their respective jurisdiction prior to registration.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the personal user account registered by a Player on the AtlasBet Platform, used to access gaming services and manage funds.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by AtlasBet subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, distinct from deposited real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification; the process by which AtlasBet verifies a Player's identity, age, and address documentation.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the native currency of the AtlasBet Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a real-money or bonus-fund stake placed on a game or sporting event outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player requests temporary or permanent suspension of their Account for responsible gambling purposes.
• "Platform" — the AtlasBet website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming content accessible at atlasbet.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under applicable local legislation.

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the AtlasBet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. AtlasBet enforces a mandatory age verification process as part of KYC compliance. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit (minus any winnings derived from bonus funds), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the AtlasBet Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. AtlasBet makes no warranty or representation that the Platform is appropriate, available, or legal for use in any specific location. The Company reserves the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated Accounts.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts must be used solely by the registered Account holder. Sharing login credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your Account is prohibited. AtlasBet accepts no liability for unauthorised Account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

4.1 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. AtlasBet reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time. Providing false information during registration is grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, Players must complete KYC verification by submitting: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence); (b) proof of residential address issued within the last three months; and (c) where required, documentation confirming the source of funds. AtlasBet may request additional documentation at any stage.

4.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must notify AtlasBet's customer support team immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account. AtlasBet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4.4 Account Information Updates

Players are required to keep their registered contact information — including email address and phone number — current at all times. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delayed account verification, suspended withdrawals, or missed promotional notifications.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

AtlasBet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks), and direct bank transfer. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at AtlasBet's discretion without prior notice.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the AtlasBet Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are charged by AtlasBet on MYR-denominated transactions. Players depositing from accounts denominated in a foreign currency may incur conversion charges levied by their financial institution, for which AtlasBet accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Thresholds

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. AtlasBet reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on Account verification status, promotional activity, or risk management requirements.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on the Account. Indicative processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX transfers 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers 15–60 minutes. These are estimates only and may vary during high-volume periods.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

AtlasBet operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming licence. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. AtlasBet may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and reserves the right to delay or decline transactions pending satisfactory AML verification.

6.1 General Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on the AtlasBet Platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to each product, as published within the Platform. Where a conflict exists between a general rule and a sport-specific or game-specific rule, the more specific rule shall prevail.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted and binding once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. AtlasBet reserves the right to refuse any wager or limit bet amounts at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

6.3 Manifest Errors

AtlasBet reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or terms that were materially incorrect due to a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. AtlasBet's determination of a manifest error is final.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at AtlasBet's discretion, including without prior notice. Bets placed before a market suspension are honoured unless they fall within a manifest error scenario as defined in clause 6.3.

6.5 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple independent selections. All selections within a parlay must win for the bet to return a profit. If any selection is void, the bet reverts to the remaining selections at reduced odds. AtlasBet's parlay calculation engine is the definitive record of all parlay outcomes.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. Where any specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x rollover on a RM 200 bonus requires RM 2,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is granted).

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Table games, including baccarat and blackjack, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions entirely. Contribution rates for each promotion are specified in the respective bonus terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

AtlasBet actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms. In confirmed cases of bonus abuse, AtlasBet reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any funds withdrawn in connection with the abuse.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds expire after the period stated in each promotion's specific terms (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue). Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically and will not be reinstated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AtlasBet Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account simultaneously or sequentially;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players, including chip-dumping in poker variants or coordinating live casino bets;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate AtlasBet transactions;
• Attempting to manipulate game or sporting event outcomes;
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Allowing third parties to access or operate your Account;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

AtlasBet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate upon detection of prohibited conduct, including but not limited to immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending and historical wagers, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the AtlasBet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and the overall Platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of AtlasBet or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content in any form.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AtlasBet and its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory compliance requirements;
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising in connection with the Platform.

AtlasBet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players via the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits;
• Loss Limits — maximum tolerable loss thresholds per defined period;
• Session Time Limits — automatic session duration reminders and cut-offs;
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen notifications of time and money spent;
• Cooling-Off Period — temporary Account suspension (24 hours to 6 weeks);

12.1 Suspension by AtlasBet

AtlasBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; bonus abuse; identity misrepresentation; regulatory compliance requirements; or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any pending investigations.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination — whether initiated by AtlasBet or the Player — all accrued bonus funds, unredeemed loyalty points, and promotional entitlements are immediately forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination (including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall remain in full force.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AtlasBet holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through AtlasBet's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players agree to first submit any complaint to AtlasBet's customer support team, allowing the Company a reasonable period (no less than 30 days) to investigate and respond before initiating any external dispute resolution proceedings.

AtlasBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email or prominent in-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
